Dear Guests,

We are excited at the prospects of welcoming guests to the Imperial 500. We have been working hard preparing for your visit so that you will feel safe and secure! At the same time, some of our procedures have been altered considering these unique times. So that all may proceed as smoothly as possible, please note the important following items. Your cooperation is needed and so very appreciated.

Check-In Procedure: Desk shields have been placed on the desk for your safety as well as ours, please keep in mind that due to extra measures needed to properly prepare your room, check in time will be changed to 3:00PM early check in is not possible. Although as always you are welcomed to enjoy the beach, pool or motel facility if you arrive early.

Check-Out Procedure: Office opens at 9:00AM you must return keys to the office so your key deposit can be returned. Check out time is by 11:00AM please be considerate of this time so we may prepare rooms properly for incoming guests, late check outs are not possible. Any guest wishing to check out early before the office opens at 9:00AM may come in the night before (office is open until 11:00PM) to check out leave keys in the room.

What You can expect from us:Our goal is to go above and beyond as we prepare your room and our facility with your family’s health and well being in mind. Much care, training and resources are being utilized to accomplish this goal. We are here to meet your needs and to provide for your family as many vacation memories as possible.

  • Housekeeping and maintenance staff will be required to wear masks and gloves
  • We will monitor staffs health conditions
  • Exterior high traffic areas for example, luggage carts, ice machines, elevators, stair railings, swimming pool entrances etc. will be routinely whipped down.
  • Hand sanitizers will be provided at pool gates
  • Shield guards at front desk
  • All linens and bed coverings will be removed and washed with an anti-viral solution
  • Dryers will use extreme heat for all towels
  • Maid service or no maid service is up to each guest
  • Game room, pool tables, shuffleboard equipment will be picked up in office, sanitized in between each use
  • Room keys will be soaked in anti-viral solution in between each guest use
  • Lounge chairs will be rinsed down

What we are asking from you: While our desire is to provide your family with the best vacation possible, your cooperation is appreciated as we face these unusual times. For your safety and others please continue routine health practices: wash hands frequently, bring (and wear) masks in common areas, avoid touching your face, use coughing etiquette, and social distancing, especially related to pool and deck lounges, outdoor tables, the swimming pool (chlorine is a virus killer) and elevator. Please monitor your own health condition. Please bring beach towels that you can use to cover pool chairs and be sensitive to sharing chairs, tables and BBQ grills. Please use hand sanitizer provided at pool gate entrances. NO UNREGESTERED GUESTS OR VISITORS WILL BE PERMITTED IN POOL, OR ON THE PROPERTY. Notify housekeeping with a doorknob sign provided in the room on the back of the door if you request no maid service. Hang side up saying do not disturb.

Please do remember housekeeping does work for tips and still gets your room clean before and after your stay. Housekeeping can provide you with clean towels each day and empty trash as well.

ATTENTION GUESTS

As of June 22, 2020 it will be 100 days of this horrible pandemic. Under the uncertain circumstances, we have graciously been accommodating our guests by waving the NO REFUND policy, and moving date up to a later time.

We have been more then understanding and accommodating and feel at this point there was enough time to decide about your up-coming reservations. So as of July 6, 2020 there will be NO MORE REFUNDS for cancellations.

We always treat our guests like they are family and have always bent over backwards to be understanding with our refund policy. We feel this is more than fair to our guest to make this decision by July 6, 2020.
